How CELESTREE remains transparent
Commercial arrangements are explained before commitment.
Where CELESTREE has an applicable hospital facilitation arrangement, CELESTREE may receive a facilitation or referral fee from the hospital.
- No separate CELESTREE hospital-facilitation charge is added to the patient’s hospital quotation.
- Hospital charges and estimates are independently set and confirmed by the hospital.
- Any additional CELESTREE professional service and its fee are disclosed and agreed before that service begins.
- Accommodation, travel, transport and other third-party services remain separate arrangements under the relevant provider’s terms.
