CELESTREE's coordination role

CELESTREE helps international families understand healthcare options, communicate with healthcare institutions and coordinate practical steps around hospital-led care. Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not by itself create an agreement for paid coordination services.

Any specific service scope, fees or responsibilities should be confirmed separately in writing before services begin.

Hospital facilitation and charges

Where an applicable hospital facilitation arrangement exists, CELESTREE may receive a facilitation or referral fee from the hospital. CELESTREE does not add a separate hospital-facilitation charge to the patient's hospital quote. Hospital charges and estimates are set and confirmed by the hospital.

Any charge for an initial hospital consultation or opinion will be explained in advance. Where applicable, it may be covered by CELESTREE or payable as disclosed; a free opinion is not guaranteed.

Additional and third-party services

Additional CELESTREE professional services outside ordinary hospital facilitation may carry a separately disclosed fee. The scope and fee must be agreed before that service begins.

Flights, accommodation, transport and other third-party services are generally paid directly to the relevant provider and remain subject to that provider's terms. CELESTREE does not add a hidden facilitation markup to ordinary third-party arrangements.

Healthcare information boundaries

Website content is general information about healthcare navigation and coordination. It is not medical advice and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment selection or emergency decisions.

Hospitals, doctors and qualified healthcare professionals remain responsible for medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical decisions and outcomes.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to present information clearly and keep it reasonably current, but healthcare institution capabilities, specialist availability, costs, travel requirements and other circumstances may change. Information should be reconfirmed with the relevant provider before a decision is made.

We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, CELESTREE or its licensors own the website's branding, design, copy, graphics and other original content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.

CELESTREE does not guarantee a healthcare institution's acceptance of a case, appointment availability, cost estimate, visa or travel outcome, treatment result or recovery. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, our services or applicable requirements. The revised terms and update date will be published here. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
